Okay Harry Potter fans I am going to rub some of you wrong. But that is okay, I still love ya and I am not and won’t get into a debate with people about this. I love you even if you don’t agree with me. We don’t have to agree and if you don’t you don’t have to read one more word.So this morning I saw a post of teacher dressed up as sorcerer from Harry Potter and them giving away Harry Potter books. As a Christian and as a mom I would have a huge problem with this if my kid would of been in that class. Ever since Avery was old enough to watch tv we have very closely sensor what she could watch. Satan is after our kids anyway he can. Even through what we might think is innocent children books and TV shows. Sorcery is not of God. In fact there are many scriptures that talks about the practice of the magic arts like this one like this in Revelation 8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

If you look even children’s Disney movies will have witchcraft and sorcery in it and the vast majority of people are okay with it because out culture has made it okay and made us numb to it. But if you are Christian you should not be okay with it. I am not okay with Satan trying to get to our kids through this. Witchcraft and sorcery is not fake it is real, yes in our normal day to day life we might only think it is in the movies and books but the Bible even says in Ephesians 6:12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. If you don’t think that Dark magic and witchcraft and sorcery is real there is proof right there. If it wasn’t real then why does the Bible even talk about it. It is real and even our children are being attacked and it is us as there parents to protect them from it or at least make them aware of it. There are so many more scriptures on this in the Bible. Even google bible scriptures that talk about witchcraft and it will bring up many of them.

Listen I know even with scriptural references there are still people that will want to argue with me that I am wrong and that is okay. But I will not argue, I will only love. So if you try or debate or argue your rightful opinion on this that is fine but you won’t get a debate or argument back from me only love. You see God loves you even if you believe what I said was all an lie. That’s okay, I still love you and so does God!
